Online Ordering:
Use our Product Catalog Directory to
navigate
through our products. When you find
products you wish to order click on
the order button. You may jump from page to page and the items you already
ordered will be saved in your shopping cart. When you're done placing your order
click on CHECK OUT, or you may click on view cart at any time to view or modify
your order. From your shopping cart you will be walked through step by step
on how to complete your order. Provide information requested in the appropriate fields
and you'll be done in no time. If you have any questions or prefer to place your
order by phone you may call us or you can send us your questions by

A $10.00 minimum order is required for all orders.

Return
Policy:
Glass Paints-
Due
to the hazardous nature of our lacquer based stains, none of the; Lacquer Based
Glass Paints, Pearl Paints, Frost Paints or Crystal Paints can be returned.
Non-hazardous items may be returned, but must be sent back to Jurgen Industries within
1 week of receipt of goods. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
Shipping
charges are not reimbursable.
Hand Painted Glass Art/Glassware-
Any Returns must be notified to us within 1 week of receipt of goods.
Any Defective Products will be replaced
If you simply want to return the item because you are unhappy with it but it is
not defective you will need to pay for the return shipping and we'll issues a
credit for the amount of the product returned.
FED
EX GROUND Shipping Fees:
Most orders placed are shipped Fed Ex Ground. Since all shipping companies have
various fees related to each shipment we have provided a summary of the most
common shipping fees below to help you better understand your freight charges.
Insurance:
Insurance fees are charged based on 1.5% of the order total.
Example: For a $100.00 order the insurance fees would be $1.50.
Residential
Fees:
There are two different categories for residential deliveries.
Regular
Residential= $2.00 per box
Rural Residential = $4.00 per box
These fees are determined by FedEx based upon your location.
FedEx Air Services:
FedEx Air Services are not available for the
following items due to Hazardous shipping policies: All Lacquer Base Glass
Paints and Crystal Paints, Sprayway Glass Cleaner, Sprayway Plastic Cleaner, &
Sprayway Clear Fixative Sealer. All other items can be shipped via Air service
upon request as long as they are not shipping with any of the previously
mentioned items.
Priority Mail Shipping Options:
We
have to schedule Priority Mail Pickups so they typically don't
ship same day. For any orders in stock they will ship out in 1-2
business days.
We
some times will change the shipping option to our preferred
carrier (FedEx Ground) if it can ship out sooner and get it to you
quicker.
Shipping Lead Times & Transit Times:
Shipping Lead Times for Giftware orders:
All Giftware orders that are in stock at time of purchase typically ship within
1-2 business days of order. If an item is not available for immediate shipment
we will notify you so you can decide to adjust your order or place a back order
for any out of stock items.
Shipping Lead Times for Glass Paint Orders:
All orders Ship within 1 week from the time the order is received.
We work hard to ship all orders promptly and most orders do ship within a few
days, however, some orders can take up to 1 week to ship depending on the
current order volume, order size, & current stock.
* Any orders placed for a FedEx Express shipping
service ships out the next business day. If we can not ship your Express package
the next business day you will be notified.
